Product Overview
The 3000KVA submerged arc furnace is core smelting equipment widely used in ferrous alloy metallurgy industry, mainly applied for smelting medium-low carbon ferromanganese, metallic manganese, micro-carbon ferrochrome and other products. Adopting advanced submerged arc heating principle, it features stable operation, high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption and high automation degree, which is ideal equipment for medium and small-scale ferrous alloy production enterprises.
Main Equipment Composition
1. Furnace Body System
Adopt high-quality thickened steel plate welded furnace shell with reinforced structure, firm and anti-deformation. Multi-layer high-temperature resistant refractory lining is equipped inside the furnace, featuring excellent thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance, long service life. Semi-closed low smoke hood structure is adopted, which is convenient for flue gas collection and environmental protection treatment, and effectively reduces heat loss.
2. Electrode Lifting & Clamping System
Equipped with hydraulic driven electrode lifting mechanism, flexible lifting and accurate positioning. Optimized copper tile holding device ensures good electric conduction, small contact resistance and stable current transmission. Self-baking electrodes are adopted with reasonable specification design, suitable for long-term continuous submerged arc smelting working condition.
3. Electrical Power System
Supporting special three-phase on-load voltage regulating furnace transformer with rated capacity 3000KVA, stable voltage conversion, strong overload resistance and reliable power supply. Short net adopts low-resistance high-conductivity layout design, effectively reducing electric energy loss and improving power factor.
4. Intelligent Control System
Equipped with PLC integrated automatic control system, realizing automatic adjustment of electrode lifting, balance control of three-phase power, over-current, over-voltage and over-temperature multi-protection functions. Real-time monitoring of operating data, simple operation, safe and stable operation.
5. Auxiliary Supporting System
Complete circulating water cooling system is configured to cool key components such as smoke hood, holding device and short net, ensuring long-term stable operation of equipment. Matched with automatic feeding system and hydraulic tapping mechanism, realizing standardized and streamlined smelting production.
