The slag dry granulating thermal insulation buffer electric furnace is a piece of high-efficiency, energy-saving and environment-friendly industrial thermal equipment specially developed for the harmless treatment, resource utilization and waste heat recovery of high-temperature molten slag generated in metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials and other industrial production. It integrates dry granulation, thermal insulation buffering and electric heating regulation, and provides a reliable technical solution for green and low-carbon transformation of industrial slag treatment.

Working Principle


This equipment takes high-temperature molten slag as the treatment object, and abandons the traditional water quenching wet granulation process to realize the whole dry operation. Under the action of the internal mechanical or pneumatic granulation mechanism, the high-temperature molten slag is dispersed and crushed into uniform solid particles rapidly.

Equipped with a professional thermal insulation structure and electric temperature control system, the furnace body can maintain a stable high-temperature environment, playing a role of thermal buffering. It avoids the rapid temperature drop of slag particles, prevents slag agglomeration and bonding, and ensures the continuity and stability of granulation. Meanwhile, the electric heating component provides auxiliary heat compensation, so that the slag can maintain the appropriate temperature required for granulation and subsequent waste heat recovery, and the waste heat of high-temperature slag can be efficiently captured and converted into available energy such as steam and hot water.
